Shipping Information

We understand how important it is to receive your order and we aim to send your orders out as fast as possible. We use Australia post to ship all of our orders.

Orders that are placed before midday are in most cases posted out the same day, if not the following business day.

Our shipping rates and options are visible on the checkout page. All orders over $150 are provided with a free shipping discount

You may be contacted before we can send your parcel, as soon as we confirm any information required, your parcel will be on its way. 

 

International Shipping 

Orders that are placed from out of Australia will be shipped within 3 business days, the delivery time is estimated to arrive within 1-2 weeks. For larger items such as our Beauty Lighting or Beds, this can be expected to arrive within 3 weeks.

 

Postage & Tracking Your Parcel

Once your order has been sent, you will be emailed a tracking number. Please check your junk mail if you have not received your tracking number within 2 business days. 

Postage times can vary depending on public holidays, weekends, location and other uncontrollable factors. We will try our best to ensure you receive your parcel as soon as possible. 

 

Taxes & Duties

Postage charges do not include taxes and duties, which may be applied by customs in the country of delivery. All taxes & duties are the responsibility of the customer and are usually determined by the value of your order. If you choose not to pay taxes and duties and your order is returned to us we will refund your order minus shipping and any fees and charges your order had incurred due to this process. 

Please take note that customs have the right to stop your parcel for a considerable amount of time, to conduct routine security checks. 

 

Incorrect Information & Failure to Collect

Always double check your shipping address is correct before confirming your order.

Business addresses must include the business name and phone number. If you have entered incorrect shipping information please email us at thelashshopaus@outlook.com and we will try our best to correct the mistake.

If parcels are not collected or are required to be returned due to insufficient or incorrect information, postage costs are unable to be refunded. Once you have placed your order, you are committing to the sale and declaring that all information entered including the shipping address is correct.
