However, we understand that situations may arise where you may need to return an item. Therefore, we have a comprehensive refund policy to ensure that you can shop with confidence.

 

Returns and Refunds

If for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase from The Lash Shop Australia, you may return the item(s) for a refund or exchange within 30 days of receiving the order. Please note, the item(s) must be in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions. No Beauty Beds are eligible for returns also.

 

How to Request a Refund or Exchange?

To request a refund or exchange, please email our customer service team at thelashshopaustralia@outlook.com with the order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return or exchange. Once we have received your request, we will provide you with further instructions for returning the item(s).

 

Refunds

Upon receipt of the returned item(s), we will inspect them to ensure that they meet the conditions mentioned above. If the item(s) are deemed satisfactory, we will process your refund within 3-7 business days. We will refund the full amount paid, including the cost of shipping, to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please note that we do not refund the cost of return shipping.

 

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, please email our customer service team at thelashshopaustralia@outlook.com with the order number and details of the item(s) for which you would like to exchange. Once we have received your request, we will provide you with further instructions for returning the item(s). We will cover the cost of sending the replacement item(s) to you.

 

Please note:

  • We do not have a return or refund policy on digital products (e.g. ebooks, online courses).
  • We do not have a return or refund policy on products purchased during a discounted sale or clearance sale.
